This section allows users to input key details required for defining the risk assessment type. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory for the record's creation and proper functioning. The form includes the following fields:
The system enables users to define risk levels based on Severity, Occurrence, Detectability, Region, and Impacts. All levels are predefined by default but can be modified as needed. These definitions apply to the Risk Assessment when this type is selected, ensuring consistency in evaluation and decision-making.
A navigation bar at the top highlights the active ranking category, helping users easily identify the section they are viewing.
Severity Ranking: Define severity levels on a scale from 1 to 3, where 1 represents Low risk and 3 represents High risk.
Occurrence Ranking: Establish the likelihood of occurrence using a scale from 1 to 3, where 1 represents Low probability and 3 represents High probability.
Detectability Ranking: Define detectability levels on a scale from 1 to 3, with 1 indicating High detectability and 3 indicating Low detectability (inverse of severity and occurrence rankings).
Region Definition: Customize region levels based on risk acceptability, such as Acceptable, Tolerable, or Intolerable.
Impact Definition: Define the potential consequences of the risk, specifying how different impact levels influence the overall risk assessment.
