After saving the customer record, a new section called "Identifier" will become available. This section allows users to capture and manage various identification numbers and codes associated with the customer. To add a new identifier, click the plus icon.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory for record creation and system functionality. After adding an identifier, click the checkmark icon to save the code. To exit, click the X icon to return to the main screen.
The Name field has a maximum of 20 characters, is unique per customer, and cannot be edited after saving.
The Value field allows up to 50 characters.
After saving the identifier, you can click on the corresponding card to modify or remove it as needed. This allows for easy management of supplier identifiers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Notes: Deleted identifiers cannot be restored.
