Once you access Equipment, the first screen displayed is the Equipment Overview. It provides a structured summary of all registered equipment, enabling seamless navigation and efficient management. The Overview includes the following columns:
Equipment: Displays the equipment's name, model, unique ID number, type and current status (In Service, Out of Service, Decommissioned, or Duplicated). Out of Service, Decommissioned, and Duplicated statuses are indicated by a red circle for easy identification.
Location: Displays the name of the location associated with the equipment, indicating where it is currently assigned or utilized.
Supplier: Displays the name of the supplier related to the equipment, identifying the provider responsible for its procurement.
View Details: Click the to access a detailed view of each record. Click the file repository icon to access the record's File Repository.
